What Could Be The Reason For Having Spotting And A Heavy Feeling In Abdomen During Pregnancy?

Hi, I've had 2 abortions by taking cytotec. 3 months ago I had a natural miscarriage at 12 weekks, the fetus stopped growing at 8 weeks. I'm currently 6 weeks 4 days pregnant and spotting with a heavy feeling in my abdomen. Do you think it's another miscarriage?

Hi
You must be really worried about this. Firstly let me tell you that after one natural miscarriage your chances of another successful pregnancy are more than 90%. Secondly spotting with heavy feeling might mean an imminent miscarriage but not necessarily. Many women have spotting in early weeks and then continue to have a completely normal pregnancy. There is nothing you or doctors can do to make a miscarriage happen or to stop it. It would be good idea to get an ultrasound done. In the meanwhile keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best.
Thanks
