I Hear Fluid In My Left Cheek Are When I Roll Over At Night. 3 Years Ago I Had A Tooth Pulled On That Side And It Never Did Heal Quite Right. Yes The Dentist Has Checked It Everytime I Go In For Checkup And Cleaning, And He Says Its Nothing To Worry About. Im Not Sick Or Congested So Its Not That. I Also Notice I Get Dizzy Periodically. Is An Mri Warranted, What Do You Think.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. This is quite an unique problem. The duct opening of the parotid gland on the same side where the tooth was pulled out might have some problem. I would advise you to please consult an ENT Surgeon who can investigate you for both the problems of fluid in cheek and dizziness. He can also suggest you nicely about the necessity of scans. Please feel free to come back to us with the reports and results .
