What Could Be The Reason For Having A Lump Under My Ear Lobe Behind My Jaw?

I have noticed that I suffer a lot from post nasal drip and tonsil stones. I ve been having a little lump under my ear lobe behind jaw and it feels rubbery no pain at all. I also think I might have a cyst on my left tonsil which is the same side I can feel the lump at when I rub under my earlobe with my finger. What can this lump be? Can this be due to my post nasal drip, allergies and tonsil stones?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

The lump is likely to be an infected lymph node and is probably due to the tonsil stone or post nasal drip.
Please meet your ent doctor to confirm this and for further treatment!
Thanks
