What Could Be The Raised Red Bumps Above Butt Crack?

My 15 week old daughter has these raised red bumps above her butt crack. They are right on the spinal area (tailbone area). She's had them since she was born, they've just gotten a little bigger as she's gotten bigger. Any idea what they are? They dont seem to be hurting her.

Hi

Since your daughter has these skin lesions since she was born, there is a high possibility that these are lesions of a naevi or a birth mark.
See these are basically epidermal naevi.
These are present at birth mostly and they tend to persist always.
But the good thing is that these are essentially treatable .
You can see a nearby dermatologist since nowadays we have various treatment options like cautery and lasers for the treatment of this condition.
