Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.

Your BMI is within normal range. So for you ideal weight gain during pregnancy is 10-15 kgs. The weight gain during first three months is about 1/2 to 2 kgs. Thereafter the normal weight gain is 1-2 kg per month. So do not worry. Your weight gain is normal.
Pregnancy is not about eating for two. After twelve weeks the extra food you need each day is equal to whole grain cheese and tomato sandwich. Eat healthy food. Use wholegrain bread and low fat milk.
You should eat 4 servings of vegetables and two servings of fruit daily ( one serving of vegetable is equal to half cup broccoli/carrot/peas. One serving of fruit is equal to one medium size banana/apple or one large kiwi.).
Eat healthy breakfast like porridge with milk. Prepare and eat food at home.
have takeaways once or twice a month.
Aim for 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise ( brisk walk) 5days a week.
I hope this is helpful.
