What could be the cause of strong chest pain through to my arms ?

last month frst time i had very strong pain in my chest while i was sleeping hug pain woke me up n this pain was growing so much to gv me even more n more pain in my chest thru to my arms i wsnt even b able to get up from bed, my heart was biding like crazy. i worry coz exactly some thing happened to me yday night while i was sleeping

Hi,thanks for query.On most of the cases at your age there are less chances of any cardiac problem.Still this is not a rule.You might had this pain due to some physical exertion done day before.At times some bad dreams can also lead to this kind of mid night discomfort and you wake up suddenly.Do not worry,just visit your doctor for routine check up and gets things cleared.
