I have diarrhea and bloating which has lasted for about 4 weeks. I am now pooing yellow bile that burns. I am also experiencing muscle cramps all over. I ve eaten very little in the last three days as my stomach hurts and I have constant burping. I have taken zantac and alkaseltzer but nothing seems to help. Hello,

Your GERD may be caused severe inflammation to your stomach, so you can take Nexium tab to ease your pain till you do an endoscopy to rule out a peptic ulcer.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Salah Saad Shoman, Internal Medicine Specialist
