What Could Be The Cause For Cyst In Sphenoid Mucus?

Good evening, is from late February that I suffer from mild fever, sweats, cough. I made all the blood tests, but they are all normal. I did tac-facial and found a cyst in the sphenoid mucus. Colonoscopy did not report anything unusual. What could it be? Thanks

hello, thanks for ur query, cysts in sphenoid sinus can b well seen through ct or mri scan. there different kinds of cysts requires medical or surgical treatment.it could be simple mucus retention cyst or bone cyst or brain covering cysts. need to see a neuro surgeon. all d best. take care.
