Hi for the past three days I am having severe neck pain and heavy shoulders and getting tired in a min went to the hospital they did my ekg it came normal I am in severe neck pain and if I try to run I feel I have walked miles

It can be cervical spine related problems like spondylitis or contusion. As a first line of management you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Diclofenac for pain. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and get evaluated. It is better to immobilize the neck in a soft cervical collar. Wishing you good health.
