What Could A Hard Lump In Groin Area Of A Child Indicate?

I noticed a lump in my 4 yr old son's groin area today as he was getting dressed. It does not hurt and is only on the right side. You can definitely feel its hard and different than the other side. The shape is more like enlarged veins than a lump but it's not purple like varicose veins

Hi.
Most probably this is an inguinal enlarged lymph node due to an infection in the drainage area, not to bother if not painful. Get a Consultation of a Surgeon and get a treatment .
Varicose veins do not appear in children and do not need Vascular Surgery.
