What Could Hb 5.4 In Report Suggest?

My baby is 7 month old. her hemoglobin is 5.4 gm. can u please suggest what should we do now
Hemoglobin 5.4 gm (12-15)
RBC 2.1
T WBC 14500
Differential count
Neurtrophils 35% (40-75%)
Lymphocytes 60% (20-45)
Eosinophils 4% (1-0.6%)
Monocytes 1% (2-10%)
Basophils 0% (0-0.1%)

Thank you for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should immediately consult neonatologist as your baby is having severe anaemia and may need blood transfusion. There are many causes for low hemoglobin some are causing decrease in production of Hb and some are loosing Hb. And investigations are different. So better to consult neonatologist for these. Few causes are hemolytic anaemia, bone marrow supression, bleeding in GIT etc.
