What Causeses Brusie To Spread?

My husband had a blood clot like blue lump in his scrotum which came on suddenly. It was slightly tender. The next day the lump was gone and the blue spread like a bruise. Now it is gone. Was it just a clotsnd bruise and could it have been caused by him sitting inthe swings at the playground.

Bruise irrespective of location without trauma needs a little work up. hematological profile assessment is advised with PT APTT INR and platelets and an examination of the bruise to sort out the etiology. Could be swings. Could be something with blood.
