My husband has about 6 or 7 little spots on his stomach. the are scattered around the bottom of his stomach. They are not raised and the are kind of round but do not look like ringworm. They are red around the outside and kind of yellow in the middle, but they are not pusy. The yellow kinda looks like skin that is dying??? If you know what I mean??? It's not blistering and doesn't seem to be getting any worse or better really and its not spreading. What could this be?
