What Causes White Vaginal Discharge During Urination?

Hi I have been in alot of pain lately. Yesterday my stomach felt hard in the middle and hurted the pain then went down to my lower stomach on the left side only and started hurting. My back hurted in the middle and my lower back,iI havnt had any bowl movements in 2 days, when I pee I see white stuff in my pee. My nipples are very tender, what does all this mean? It is making me feel very weak.

Hi dear thanks for writing to Healthcare Magic!!
Your complain is suggestive of Urinary Tract Infection.
I advise you to get Urine microscopic examination and Culture reports done also get CBC count checked.
Also take antibiotics Amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625mg once a day for 5 days
Take tab ibuprofen 400mg once a day for inflammation and pain
Keep yourself hydrated with fluids and early morning exercise will help you.
Take iron supplements to boost immunity
