Hi welcome to HCM. I understand your query and concern.
You seem to most probably have acquired Gonorrhoeal cervicitis along with signs and symptoms of Pelvic inflammatory disease.Gonorrhoea is known to cause infection extending into the pelvic organs.I strongly recommend you to get a smear testing of your pharyngeal exudates along with culture sensitivity of vaginal secretions.Culture has highest degree of isolating neisseria.A transvaginal ultrasound can offer additional diagnostic clues by imaging the pelvic viscera or fallopian tube exudates. You strongly need to be put complete course of antibiotics like Ceftriaxone taken by intravenous route for 14 days. This will completely eliminate infection.Discuss the above with your Gynecologist.Post your further queries,if any. Thank you.
