What Causes White Bumps On The Tongue Of A Child?

my 18 month has had the croup which comes and goes for the last couple of months. she is more sick than feeling better in the last 2 months. Daycare called yesterday and said she has white bumps on her tongue. she I worry?

she has been on roughly 8 antibiotics since Nov when she started daycare
