What Causes Weird Lines Like Stretch Marks On The Hands?

Hi, for a few weeks I've been noticing weird lines down my forearms. I'm not sure if they're stretch marks or not, but they have no color and just seem faintly "indented" in my skin. They're only noticeable when I extend my arm, and even then you have to really look.
