What Causes Weight Gain Inspite Of Normal Blood Sugar, Thyroid, Cholestrol?

hi doctor i am 27 years old female ,married since 3 years,not having kids,i done every test regarding this it found to be normal,my weight is 75 kg with 4.9 height,i am putting on weight.inspite of normal blood sugar,thyroid,cholestrol.pls guide me doctor

Thyroid normal , cholesterol normal ,blood sugar normal .
Weight is increasing , height is 4,9" .
You din't mention your menstrual history as this is important because in spite of this that you are not having kids ( married for 3 years ) .
The most common cause of gaining weight ( if you are taking low calories diet ) may be Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease ( POCD) . Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both ovaries .
2nd reason of such weight gain may be due to high calories diet and consumption of calories very low ( if any ).
Hormonal imbalance is another common cause , diagnosis can be confirmed by examination by an ENDOCRINOLOGIST .
So deal as mentioned above.
