Hi,

Gabapentin is an anti-convulsant prescribed for individuals seizures. It is used in neuralgia that is pain in the nerves. Common side effects of the drug are dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, etc. Weight gain is very side effect seen in individuals on Gabapentin. The reason for weight gain is not known. There is no proven theory for vaginal discharge as side effect for Gabapentin. Maximum dosage is 1800mg per day. Discuss with your doctor for appropriate dosage and other analgesics. Tramadol is an opioid used for relief of pain. Nausea, vomiting, constipation, dizziness, drowsiness, etc are the side effects with Tramadol.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
