What Causes Weakness In The Legs After Typhoid Fever?

Had typhoid two months ago and after required tests the typhoid fever is no more however very frequently feel weakness in legs, feeling hot in the stomach, feeling not secure. We have performed blood test, urine test, typhoid tests and all have shown that there are normal and within the range. The heameoglobin level is also very good. But still for every two or three days the weakness attacks happen then subside after few hours. What is the cause and what should be taken for this. Is there something that we are not doing right?
