What Causes Watery Discharge Post Iud Mirena?
i have had the iud mirena in for about 5 months now and about 2 months now i have a watery discharge its nothing else just all watery and i always have to wear a tampon just so it wont mess up my clothes.im not bleeding i just have a watery discharge coming out and i dont know what it is can you please help me??/

Cervical secretions and mucus secretion can increase with the effects of Mirena. It is not concerning.
If you notice any foul smell, pain, irritation, etc, then follow up with your ObGyn to rule out infection.
