What Causes Watery Anal Discharge And Bloating Of Stomach?

I had watery discharge of stool last night and this morning so I take ercefuryl (prescribed by my doctor the last time I got in the same situtation), but I am experiencing acid/gas in my stomach (I also had a history of hyperacidity, and Omeprazole was given to me). I am confused if this watery discharge is due to hyper acidity. Also, I drink lots of iced tea yesterday and Cefalixin last night (this is for my swollen gums prescribed to me). Please answer. Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Watery discharge of stool is usually indicative of an intestinal infection hence the best policy is to send the sample of stool and blood for tests.
But hte history of taking cefalexin can be the reason causing the loose stools due to gastrointestinal bacterial flora disturbance and hence get started on probiotics, bananas, yogurt or curds and activated charcoal.
Since you also have acidity related problems get started on a PPI like Omeprazole and antacids orally.
Take plenty of oral fluids, electrolyte solution and so on.
Consult a Doctor as you may need a prescription based further medications and proper further management as per the progress of the problems.
