What Causes Vomiting, Nausea And Neck Pain?

my son was perfectly fine today then had a sudden onset of achy neck and back with no temperature. He took an ibuprofen and a took a nap. He woke up about 2 hours later still very achy, but now nauseous and sensitive to light. No headache or temperature. Then he vomited twice.

I can understand your cocern

your son age not mentioned ,plz specify age ..

if he is having pain in neck region it may be due to not having proper cervical support and advised better have a cervical x ray to rule out problem ..

as nausea and vomiting are associated with neck pain ,he can take anagesics like aceclofenac and paracetamol combination ,along with antiemitics .. like vomikind 4mg

let him lye on floor with less height of pillow ..

if not subside then better undergo once with MRI cervical spine and consult neurologist .. ok don't worry
