I had an episode of vertigo today that lasted approx 30 sec and, had nausea all day, and been feeling kind of off. I just noticed also that the veins in my legs and arms got very blue and noticeable, which they don't usually are. I decided to go out for a walk outside, just to take some fresh air, and at some point i felt like something was pulling a bit of my cheek for a moment, I dont know if I am getting a bit paranoid or if these could be combined symptoms of something else I should be paying attention to. I'm 40 years old, female and very healthy
