What Causes Vertigo And Indentations On The Skull?

I for the second time this year am having a long bout of vertigo (2 months). Have already seen ENT, etc. But now I have two indentations on the top of my skull that weren t there before - also having trouble coming up with words 56 yrs age can this be tumor

welcome to hcm ...indentations on skull without history of head injury does not make sense .but as there are also epospdes of long bouts of vertigo ..i would suggest MRI brain to rule out brain pathology and xray cervical spine to rule out cervical strain ..cervical strain is another cause of vertigo .also take care of your BP ....ent cause is already ruled out ..
