Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

What you are suffering from is called vaginismus. In vaginismus, the muscles of your vagina go through spasms or contractions when something enters in it and as a result sex becomes painful. I would suggest you to see a doctor and start your treatment. The treatment generally includes sex education and counselling. Use of vaginal dilators and a few pelvic exercises will be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
