Hello dear, I understand your concern. In my opinion the presence of greenish or yellow vaginal discharge suggests vaginal infections. As per your history the vaginal discharge is persistent even after the course of antibiotics. I suggest you to go for culture and sensitivity of the discharge if not done before as it helps in accurate diagnosis and treatment of vaginal discharge. And also the test helps us to know if the infection is cleared or not. Mostly the said infections will respond to appropriate antibiotics and there are no resistant gonorrheal strains present for available medicines. So relax.
