General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, the discoloration of urine and body fluids is due to a drug included in forecox called rifampicin and is normal and nothing to worry about.

However, drowsiness or dizziness is not a usual side effect so I suggest taking renal and liver function tests as with anti-tuberculosis drugs these should be monitored. Also visual acuity and color vision must be monitored.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
