Hello,
Total hysterectomy complications are bleeding, ureter damage, bladder or bowel damage, infection... Your frequency urination mean you having an urge to pass urine more often than usual. It can disrupt one's normal routine, interrupt the sleep cycle, and it can be a sign of an underlying medical condition. Most people urinate 6 to 7 times in 24 hours. Urinating more ioften than this may be referred to as frequency, but everyone is different. The possible cause of urinary frequency are
urinary tract infection, anxiety, inflammation, use medicine such as diuretics, kidney stone
urethral stricture.. If you have any other associated symptom such as pain or
discomfort while urinating or urine that is bloody, cloudy or of an unusual color, gradual loss of bladder control, or
urinary incontinence, difficulty urination urge, discharge from the vagina, fever or chill, nausea or vomiting, low back pain or side pain. Your doctor will carry out a thorough history and physical examination, asking you about frequency of urination and other symptoms. Test may include such as urinary analysis to identify any abnormality in the uterine, ultrasound for the kidneys, neurological tests to detect any nerve disorder, testing for STIs. The treatment will depend on the underlying cause. If the consultation leads to a diagnosis of infection, the typical course of treatment is antibiotic. If the cause is an
overactive bladder, a medication known as an anticholinergic may be used. These prevent abnormal involuntary detrusor muscle contractions from occurring in the wall of the bladder. If the consultation lead to diagnosis of
diabetes mellitus, treatment will am to keep high blood sugar levels under control. If needed, medication therapy will be prescribed and monitored by your doctor. Some case of disease training in behavioral techniques may be help.
Eating a balanced diet and maintaining an active lifestyle can help moderate the output of urine. Eating high fiber foods can also help reduce constipation. This may indirectly improve urine flow through the urethra, as a constipated rectum can put pressure on the
urinary bladder, the urethra, or both. Drink plenty of water to avoid UTI.
