What Causes Trapped Nerves After An Injury In The Right Tibia Fibula?

4 months I was involved in a serious road traffic accident and amongst a lot of injurys I had a open right tibia fibia break which was surgical fixed with a IM rod and 4 pins. I started physio 7 weeks ago and although its was painful they and myself were happy with progress. But the last 2 weeks have been to much to handle! They think I could have trapped nerves but are unsure and I will have to wait 3 weeks to see the speacilist and as this us the 5 time I ve seen a speacilist I m starting to lose faith! Any advise would be much appreciate Thankyou.
