What causes tiny bumps under skin of vaginal labia minora?

I have these tiny bumps under the skin of my vaginal labia minora, they are not painful of have no color. i can just feel them when i rub the labia minora between my fingers. there are underneath both sides and are about 25 on each side, they are hard underneath the skin.
