Hi Albert,
Understanding your concern.
Tingling in the hands or feet is common and can be a long-term or temporary symptom. In many cases, tingling in the hands or feet is nothing to worry about, but it can be a symptom of some medical conditions.
Tingling in the hands or feet or both can accompany other symptoms such as pain, itching,
numbness and muscle wasting. In such cases tingling may be a sign of
nerve damage, which can result from causes as varied as traumatic injuries or repetitive
stress injuries, bacterial or viral infections, toxic exposures, and systemic diseases such as
diabetes.
Such nerve damage is known as
peripheral neuropathy because it affects nerves distant from the brain and
spinal cord, often in the hands and feet.
Diabetes and alcohol are comment causes of peripheral neuropathy.
Another Key component to this is not to over sleep. All the human Body needs is 7-8 hours of rest. Over sleeping causes your blood to settle if especially if you have poor circulation and the substance that is causing you the sensation will settle and you will have immediate sensations when you go from hot to cold (A/C to outside). So need not to panic, change your diet, switch to multivitamins, avoid alcohol and exercise daily.
I hope your concern has been solved.
Regards,
Dr. Harry
