What Causes Tingling In The Forearm, Cramping At The Back, Neck And Calf Muscles?

I do drink a lot of alcohol. I ve been experiencing tingling in my left forearm, as well as cramping in my back, neck and calf muscles. Sometimes I feel weak in my legs, and have a hard time catching my breath as if I have to inhale deeper and feel a tinge of pain as I do this. I am at least 50 pounds overweight, and very out of shape.
