What Causes Tightness In Chest After Smoking For Few Years?
After smoking the shisha for 5 years I have recently been experiencing tightness in the chest which stop me from taking full long breaths. I have noticed this only happens 2 day after smoking shisha. I went to hospital as I had panic attacks as I couldn t breath properly the first time . The hospital and my Gp were useless they didn t know whAt was wrong with me . But I think I might have figured it out my self. Iam maybe allergic to shisha after 5 years of smoking it.. Is that possible?
If allergic then there would be allergic symptoms: wheeze not able to push out air taking longer to breathe in or more commonly to breathe out often cough, itching, redness, phlegm/mucous
These are bad signs. Generally the lung is being harmed and the inflammation can take off and keep going Even If You Stop (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).
Treatment is to stop, obviously, and also taking a medication to damp down inflammation (steroids...often inhaled steroids, monteleukast, others).
