What Causes Throat Pain, Yellow Pus In Throat And Red Tonsils?
i have had a painful throat for at leaast two weeks have had anti biotics but it still hurts in my neck when i swallow. I have yellow puss in my thoat and arond the tonsils are red but the tonsils are fine. Feel tired at times i dint usually. What could this be.

Nothing to worry start a course of antibiotics like Azithromycin or Augmentin for 5 days.. Take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen for relief from pain and soreness.. Chew a Vitamin C pellet daily. Do warm saline gargles.. Avoid spicy and hard foods.. Steam inhalations and using a humidifier in your room can help..
