Hi , what you are talking about are OD values. This is unique for a test using a particular kit and there are different values for a positive , negative and indeterminate result. So these figures(OD Values ) simple can't be interpreted . Whatever your result was --you can match with a value written in the report for a positive result/ negative report. Now you look which way it is falling . If does fall within a range of positive or negative values then it is an indeterminate value , meaning that you have to repeat your tests again.But before testing see a qualified
HIV Specialist , who will administer
counselling first then test your blood.
They can go for western blotting test in case of an indeterminate result.
