What Causes Testicular Pain/itching After Having Sex?
Ive had pain in my testicles for about 3years now, it started as a sharp stabbing pain now it just hurts from time to time especially if im really tired. About a year ago they also started to itch. Ive been tested for gonorrhea and clemedia and they both showed negative.my new girlfriend also developed std like symptoms only days after we had sex. Thick white discharge with a fishery oder and she urinate often. She has been tested for multiple std but all came back negative. Monostat stop the oder but the discharge is still there with a slight oder.

Scrotal pain may be due various reasons of surgical and medical conditions. If there is no swelling surgical conditions unlikely.
Epididymitis and orchitis due to different organism can be thought of. As STD causes had been ruled out, non STD causes can be investigated for. Urinary tract infection, tuberculosis, Filariasis have to either confirmed or ruled out with investigations. Treatment has to be planned accordingly and a long duration of treatment is necessary for a total relief.
Itching of scrotum might not have related to either the scrotal pain or your sexual act. Possible due to eczema or fungal infection.
Fishy odor of the vaginal discharge of your sex partner might be due to Bacterial vaginosis. It could be confirmed by the examination of vaginal discharge and with investigations.
Consult your surgeon or physician and get well soon.
