How To Treat Testicular Pain?

Hey I am having severe pain in both testicles it hurts to walk and have swelling and hardness in them also. Also any pressure on my lower abdomen causes shooting pain in my testicles. Feel really weak and tired. No nausea or vomiting and running low grade fever. What do I do?

Studied your query in full depth of its details.Reviewed it in context of your health concerns.
Based On the facts, You mostly seem to suffer from-
Bilateral Epididymo-Orchitis with para-aortic lymphadenitis with fever.
MOstly caused by Chlamydia trahomatis / Neisseria Gonorrhea.
Possibility of other STD illnesses need to be ruled by various test if need be,as the accompanying infections could cause damage if not taken care of.

Treatment-
Azithromycin 500 mg 2 per day x 10-14 days time
Tab Voltaren +Tylenol x 5 days time.
Tab Chymoral forte-x 2 per day x 10-14 days time
Tab Zincovit 1 per day x 15 days time
USG Study to assess the extent of tissue damage would lead the aggressiveness of treatment in such cases.
