What Causes Swollen Testicle After Intercourse?

hi. we had sexual relations with my husband and after some days if not two weeks his testicle got swollen with excrutiating pain without any secretion and he says he got the disease from me but I have never been unfaithful. he went to the clinic and he was given docicycline.

Swollen testicles or swelling of the scrotum can result from testicular torsion, Inflammation of the testicle (orchitis) eyt epididymis due to any cause can also lead to testicular swelling. Other causes include anatomical abnormalities, infections, hernia, and tumors. His doctor will be able to diagnose properly.
