General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* There are known side effects of anti-tuberculosis medications, one of which is red urine from rifampicin and other fungal infection following immune suppression at micro levels.
* Addition of plenty of liquids, prophylactic antifungal medications with probiotics will help your sister to recover at best.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
