Hi, i think i have swollen glands on both sides of my face, as the area just under and just in front of my ears is swollen and incredibly sore (even without touching the area). I have a fever, the most part of me feels cold and shivery but my face is very hot and i have pink cheeks. i also passed out earlier today on my way to work, I had eaten beforehand so it was not from lack of food. I don t have a sore throat or a blocked nose or anything but am a little achey. I am going to go to the GP tomorrow but any ideas why my face/glands are swollen? Thanks
