Hello! axillary lump is a very common presentation in our day care clinic and as per your description, the lump, being painless, little itchy and mobile, I would like to consider following possibilities, according to my needle biopsy experience:

1. a reactive lymph node due to non-specific infection

2. a lipoma or neurofibroma-like benign tumor

3. benign fibrocystic changes in the axillary (ectopic) breast tissue

4. other benign cystic / infective lesions like sebaceous cyst or folliculitis etc....

Therefore, it is not a real thing for worry but please see your doctor for an examination and if necessary a needle biopsy for confirmation of the lesion..!

regards!
