Hi,

Swelling in the face is due to possible:
- kidney/liver disease
- cancer
- therapy she has done so far.

Firstly, run some tests to determine if she has lymph nodes cancer. Complete blood count together with liver, kidney function test to rule out the respective disease.

Blood electrolytes to rule out the respective deficiency.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
