What Causes Swelling On Right Side Of Chest Wall With Pain?

my son 23 years old son has got a awelling on his right side chest wall with pain. On FNAC pus was detected. On CT Scan TB was suspected. But all other anciliary tests are negative for TB. there has been weight loss, evening fever and weakness. Please suggest.

Noted you have abscess like lesion over chest.
CT scan suspecting TB....

So here tuberculosis confirmed by sputum examination by Zn stain or sputum culture in BACTEC system...

Which ancillary test you done????
Genetic testing helpful for tuberculosis like PCR or fluorescence...

If tuberculosis not present treat abscess with antibiotic.....

Weight loss , fever (prolonged ) can be by HIV or any other chronic illness ...
Rule out it....

Diabetis also should be ruled out by sugar estimation...
