Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of removal of 2 wisdom teeth last week and you are out of Percocet and Steroids and antibiotic. That you have developed a lot of pain and pressure in the face and swelling on one side of your throat and the chest feels tight. The cause can be development of the para-pharyngeal abscess or so. I would advise you the following: Immediately report to the ER or a hospital and get a clinical evaluation, examination and investigations like CT scan of the area to find out the reasons of your symptoms. You need an admission to the hospital and intravenous fluids and antibiotics to take care of hte problem.
