General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on your description, I would like to advise the following.

1. Blood test for Total Protein, Albumin and Albumin/Globulin ratio.
2. Urine routine examination for albumin.

Kindly consult Physician with the report. You would also need to get your blood pressure checked as well as undergo echo-cardiogram done.

The physician would certainly be able to evaluate clinically and advise accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashakiran S, General & Family Physician
