What Causes Swelling In Nasal Cavity Along With Swollen Lymph Nodes?
I am currently overcoming sinus congestion (something I frequently deal with), and this morning I woke up with my left nasal cavity being swollen and painful to the touch. Also, my lymph node on the same side of my face is swollen and very tender. Is this cause for concern?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having folliculitis in nasal cavity giving rise to enlarged tender lymph nodes on safe side.
Due to congestion and soreness in the nose due to sinus infection there might be boil is formed.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course for 3-5 days.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
ok and take care.
