Hello doc .. 5 years ago I did not get periods and I gained weight..Since then i m trying to loose weight vy triying different diet plans but I have lost even a single kg physically i m getting slim but i m not loosing weight plus i m now suffering again from irregular periods

The two possibilities are hypothyroidism and PCOS.
Consult your gynaecologist and get a thyroid function test to check your thyroid status and also go for an ultrasound scan to rule out conditions like PCOS.
