What Causes Sudden Inability To Breathe?

hi i was playing poker recently and all of a sudden i couldnt breathe. it lasted about 10 seconds but seemed longer. it caused a panic attack and im worried its going to happen again. is there something wrong with me or is this in any way normal? thanks.
