What Causes Sudden Fatigue And Sleeplessness?

HI I have ben feeling very run down and tired not sleeping well over the last week due to some work travel. My lower left side of my back aches I think its my kidney on and off and shots pain into my groin. Its manageable when I take tylenol and goes away but comes back every 8 hours or so. This started happening Wednesday. I woke with the chills today and feel terrible.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The chills are probably related to a kidney infection. I suggest to do a urine test,a blood test and a kidney ultrasound to help through the diagnosis. Meanwhile, I suggest to continue using Tylenol to relieve the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
